Neon benders use hollow glass tubes and heat them over a flame to bend into shapes. Every turn in the fire is placed flat on a pattern on the table to create a predetermined design. Then, glass and metal shell electrodes are placed on the ends of the tubes for processing.

Yes. However, great care needs to be addressed when shipping neon. There is a minimum of $1,500 for shipping inquiries.

Yes! We can repair your sign. All tubes with neon can be repaired. Those with mercury may need to be remade.

We require delivery of the sign to the studio to inspect it. There may be more than meets the eye to the damage, therefore it is difficult to give an estimate on a repair on images alone.

Our lead times are generally between 4-6 weeks for custom work. Repairs are generally 2 weeks.

If a rush is needed, we add 20% of the total cost.
